1. INTRODUCTION
These General Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Frayen Enterprise ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") to its clients ("Customer", "You", "Your"). By using our GPS and IT services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein.

2. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide the following services:
✔ GPS Tracking Solutions – Fleet tracking, personal GPS devices, vehicle monitoring.
✔ IT Services – Software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network infrastructure.
✔ Web and App Development – Custom business applications and integrations.
✔ Technical Support & Maintenance – System updates, troubleshooting, and customer assistance.

3. SERVICE USAGE TERMS
- Customers must use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Our GPS tracking services shall not be used for unauthorized surveillance, privacy violations, or illegal activities.
- IT services provided are for business purposes only and shall not be resold without authorization.

4. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
- Customers shall pay service fees as per the agreed-upon pricing.
- Payments must be made via the designated payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet).
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & SUPPORT
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
- Customers will receive 24/7 support for critical issues and regular business hours support for non-critical concerns.

6. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
- We collect and store customer data only for service purposes and comply with data protection laws.
- Customer data shall not be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorized by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for securing their account credentials and passwords.

7. DEVICE & SOFTWARE WARRANTY
- GPS devices and IT software solutions come with a standard 1(One) Year device warranty against manufacturing defects and software warranty is not included.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
- We are not liable for GPS signal loss, inaccurate tracking, or service interruptions due to network outages, satellite failures, or third-party provider issues.
- IT services are provided "as is," and we are not responsible for business losses due to service downtime, data breaches, or cyberattacks.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

9. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing [X days] written notice.
- Services may be terminated immediately if the customer violates terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to pay dues.
- Customers may cancel subscriptions, but refund policies apply based on service usage.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or network failures.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Quezon City Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved through Philippine Courts within the specified jurisdiction.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or company website updates.
